  • Profiling various document (Contacts/MVAs/Invoices/Certificates/Inspections/etc.) to Document Management (DM) System 
  • Regular Audit for missing Contract Services 
  • Regular Audit for missing Inspection Class Documents 
  • To work on inspection class document and add expiration dates in DM. 
  • To carry out recurring analysis of property documents 
  • Make corrections/additions to the documents/MVAs and coordinate with PM based upon their requirement 
  • Provide required documents to the Acquisitions Team 
  • To work on naming conventions for All the MVAs and other documents 
  • To remove old/duplicate documents 
  • Service Contract/Agreements Clean-up on Property Page (Incorrectly titled/Still active etc.) 
  • Support the entire document life cycle from start to finish.
  • Prepare contracts and related documents.
  • Manage database and monitor data integrity.
  • Draft and maintain broker agreements. Calculate commissions and process commission requests.
  • Respond to Ad-Hoc requests for write-ups and summaries.
  • Communicate and work with leasing, legal, property management, investment and disposition services.
  • Regular meetings and communications to review workflow and improve procedural efficiencies
  • Other duties as assigned
