- Review invoices and leases to identify errors or savings and assess proper course of action and resolve all issues independently (with escalation to Legal, when necessary)
- Strong knowledge of Desktop audits of CAM, RE Tax, and insurance year-end reconciliations
- Setup and maintain the data integrity of all electronic lease files
- Review and verify requests for insurance certificates, as well as initiates requests to the insurance broker; reconcile monthly report
- Must be able to communicate with others and identify problems and resolve potential conflicts
- Requires continuous communication and follow up with landlord regarding any rental & lease obligations
- Provide Certificates of Insurance to LL’s as requested.
- Maintain Lease Admin Email and Mail
- Upload Reconciliations and other documents
- Assist other departments as needed (reports, lease and rent queries)
- Create and assign cases
- All other duties and projects as assigned
