Job Overview
The HR Recruiter is responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process to attract, assess,
and hire qualified candidates for the organization. This role involves sourcing candidates through
various channels, coordinating interviews, collaborating closely with hiring managers to understand
staffing needs, and ensuring a smooth transition from offer acceptance to onboarding. The recruiter
works with internal teams and external candidates to build a strong talent pipeline that supports
current and future hiring demands.
Roles and Responsibilities
• Source and attract candidates using job boards, social media, and networking
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates
• Conduct phone screenings and initial interviews
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring teams
• Prepare candidates for interview stages and follow up post-interview
• Conduct reference checks and assist with background verifications
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and team needs
• Provide updates and advice to hiring managers on recruitment progress and market trends
• Draft and extend offer letters in line with HR policies
• Support new hires through the onboarding process
• Maintain accurate recruitment records and ensure compliance with legal and company policies
• Prepare and deliver recruitment metrics and reports
• Training on the company’s ATS and HRIS systems
• Documented recruitment process guidelines and interview templatesChecklists for candidate screening, interview coordination, and onboarding steps
• Quality assurance standards for candidate evaluation and compliance
• Templates for offer letters and recruitment reports
Knowledge & Skills
• Strong knowledge of sourcing, interviewing, and candidate assessment techniques
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with recruitment systems and reporting tools
• Understanding of employment laws and recruitment compliance
• Collaborative mindset and customer service orientation
Qualification:
• Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
• Minimum 2 years of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition
• Training in recruitment techniques and compliance best practices
