Job Summary:
We are looking for a talented HR Recruiter to join our team and manage our full-cycle recruiting processes. In this role, you will work closely with hiring managers to identify hiring needs, source candidates, and ensure a seamless hiring process. The ideal candidate should have experience in sourcing, interviewing, and evaluating candidates and a passion for building diverse, high-performing teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Candidate Sourcing & Engagement:
- Source and attract candidates through job boards, social media, and networking.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
- Conduct phone screenings and initial interviews to assess candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Interview Coordination & Assessment:
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and interview panels.
- Prepare candidates for each stage of the interview process and follow up promptly after each step.
- Conduct thorough reference checks and assist in the background verification process.
- Collaboration with Hiring Managers:
- Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements, skill gaps, and team dynamics.
- Provide regular updates on recruitment activity and candidate pipeline to hiring managers.
- Advise hiring managers on best practices, market trends, and realistic timelines for filling positions.
- Offer Management & On boarding Support:
- Draft and extend offer letters in coordination with HR policies and compensation guidelines.
- Provide a smooth transition from candidate selection to on boarding, supporting the new hire as they prepare to join the organisation.
- Reporting & Compliance:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records
- Ensure all recruiting practices comply with legal requirements and company policies.
- Prepare regular reports on recruiting metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, offer acceptance rate) to evaluate and optimise recruitment strategies.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment techniques, including direct sourcing, social recruiting, and networking.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritise, and work in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with employer branding and recruitment marketing.
