Job Overview:
The Architect role focuses on producing detailed 2D and 3D graphic presentations and
renderings primarily for office buildings and commercial interiors. This position supports
the development team by preparing construction budgets, assisting in architectural
concept and design production, and collaborating closely with senior architects, especially
those based internationally. The Architect is responsible for creating construction
documents and ensuring design quality and compliance, working within a team
environment to deliver high-quality architectural outputs for USA-based projects.
Roles & Responsibilities:
• Produce graphic presentations and 3D renderings for office buildings and interiors
• Create and compile construction budgets for development projects
• Assist in developing architectural concepts and interior designs for commercial
buildings
• Collaborate with senior architects on design and technical tasks
• Prepare and revise construction documents
• Maintain effective communication with project teams and other disciplines
• Ensure compliance with building codes and structural requirements
• Manage multiple projects concurrently, prioritizing tasks effectively
• Training on company-specific design standards and project workflows
• Documented instructions and templates for construction budgeting and
architectural presentations
• Checklists for compliance with building codes and quality assurance standards
• Access to software tutorials for CAD, graphic design, and office productivity tools
• Guidelines for effective communication and collaboration with international teams
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in architecture required
• 3-5 years of experience with architectural design software
• Training in building codes and construction documentation preferred
