Job Role:
A Yardi Report Developer designs, develops, and maintains custom reports (primarily YSR and SSRS) within the Yardi to support business intelligence and operations. They collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze data, troubleshoot issues, and ensure data accuracy.
Key Responsibilities
•Report Development: Create and maintain custom YSR (Yardi Scripting Report) and SSRS reports within Yardi Voyager.
•Data Analysis: Extract, manipulate, and validate data to ensure accuracy in financial and operational reports.
•Collaboration: Work with business stakeholders to define reporting needs and design interactive dashboards.
•Troubleshooting: Resolve reporting performance issues and data discrepancies.
•Documentation: Create technical documentation for reports and procedures.
•Maintenance: Update reports based on Yardi software enhancements and upgrades.
Required Skills and Qualifications
•Yardi Expertise: Strong hands-on experience with Yardi Voyager and YSR reporting.
•Technical Skills: Knowledge in SQL (Structured Query Language), data modeling, and relational databases.
•Tools: Experience with SSRS (SQL Server Reporting Services)
•Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, or related field.
•Domain Knowledge: Experience in the real estate or property management industry is preferred.
•Communication: Strong English skills required for working with US-based clients.
Experience Level
Mid-Level: 1-4 years of experience in Yardi report development.
