Shifts – 2 PM – 11 PM
- Analyze sales data and market share to forecast and make recommendations
- Assist in setting monthly and annual financial goals
- Communicate revenue cycle issues and strategies throughout the organization
- Oversee regulatory and scheduling aspects of collections, credit cards and claims management
- Develop and manage effective sales strategies and the supporting organizational structure in a manner that maximizes revenue generation and profitability
- Actively monitor current performance and forecast future performance through trend analysis; proactively develop action plans that address any gaps related to expectations
- Continuously conduct pricing reviews and formulate plans to improve performance
- Develop, implement and continuously improve revenue improvement strategies that are focused on the eCommerce/digital space
- Generate additional revenue through the implementation of programs for those associates that are “guest-facing” (e.g. front desk agents)
- Participate and/or lead virtual sales and revenue meetings with internal teams and brand revenue managers
- Create sales related training programs to ensure flawless execution and a measurable return on investment
- Develop, manage and lead a highly effective organization that achieves results
- Monitor and report on competitive developments and general industry trends
